Did you know that only 3% of shoppers stated they never use testimonials or reviews when making a buying decision according to a Fan & Fuel survey? That means 97% of shoppers at some point were influenced by what others had to say.
And a Spiegel Research study stated that if you get just 5 reviews for a product or service, they had a 270% greater chance of conversion over a product that had zero reviews.
That means there are HUGE selling potentials that can be derived from what others have to say about your business. This is definitely a resource all small businesses need to make sure they are paying attention to. And the best part is utilizing a Testimonial strategy can low to not cost to do!
